Marc H. Perry began his career serving a clerkship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, CA. Presently, he focuses his practice on the defense of handling uninsured and underinsured motorist litigation as well as all aspects of automobile and trucking third party litigation in federal and state courts. Mr. Perry also represents hospitals and healthcare providers in premises liability litigation.
Mr. Perry is a frequent speaker at CLE seminars on topics including neuropsychological injuries, limited tort, and underinsured/uninsured litigation issues.
Mr. Perry was selected by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2002 as one of the Philadelphia region's "40 People Under 40" who have achieved measurable success in business and civic leadership. He was also recently elected to a 4 year term as a Commissioner in Springfield Township, Montgomery County. He was recently selected for inclusion in the December 2006 issue of Philadelphia Magazine "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer - Rising Stars" Edition, a listing which includes the top five percentage of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
