It's kind of funny that, after 8 years as a county commissioner, King James III all of the sudden feels the need to create yet another county consulting (read: welfare) position for (most likely) another Hoeffel crony.
"Chris" adds: "Just goes to show us Matthews is spending and borrowing the taxpayers money to put Hoeffel in charge. Why do we need an economic policy consultant? Why do we need to borrow money for the economic development slush fund? Oh, that's right... so Hoeffel can cash in his chits when he runs for U.S. Senate."
